Why I built this

Made by one person who likes garage sales.

I’m Marc. Trovee started because finding sales meant opening four apps, squinting at street signs, and still driving up to an empty driveway. I wanted one map that just told me what’s open this weekend and what they’ve got.

It’s brand new, so the map is going to be thin at first in a lot of places — that’s honest. Every sale you post makes it better for the next person. If something’s broken or missing, email me. I read all of it.

Good to know

Is Trovee really free?

Yes. Browsing the map, messaging sellers, saving sales and posting your own garage sale are free forever. Plus and Pro are optional and add the route planner, the free-items filter, more listings and Featured boosts.

Which cities does it work in?

Anywhere in the United States — anyone can post a sale wherever they live, from day one. Trovee is new, so how busy the map is depends on your area. Join the list below and tell us your city, and post your own sale to get your neighborhood started.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Trovee is iPhone-only for now. Pick “Android” in the form below and we’ll email you once it exists — and nothing else.

Is my address public when I post a sale?

No. Buyers see your neighborhood and an approximate pin until your sale is actually live. The exact address appears when it starts and disappears again when it ends.

How do the free trial and cancelling work?

Every paid plan begins with 14 days free, once per Apple ID. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and renew automatically; cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, and you keep access until the period ends.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Trovee is a community of neighbors, so everyone signs in with Apple or Google before they see the map. It takes one tap, and you can delete the account from inside the app at any time.
